On my iPhone version X, the app drops out when the screen saver comes on. I have adjusted settings to allow RCR to work in the background but the problem continues to exist. Other apps I adjust their setting to run in the background happily do so. when I reboot the iPhone RCR does run in the background however the next time I use RCR it reverts back to switching off.

So have given up listening to RCR until notified that the problem has been fixed.

James Allison: Sorry about that james, we hoping to have a solution on this soon, it seems to be an intermittent thing, some phones are fine others aren't, can i contact you by email to troubleshoot this?
